1. What the site is for
The site introduces our hotel, rooms and services, and makes it easy to reach us. It takes no online payments and does not show live availability.

- The reservation form creates a request; sending it does not confirm a booking.
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, with availability and price.
- Prices, payment, cancellation and change terms are given to you when we confirm.
- During your stay, check-in and check-out times and the hotel rules apply.
3. Accuracy
We take care to keep the information on the site correct and current. Photos are there to show the rooms and spaces; layout, furniture and views may differ slightly from room to room. Services and hours may change without notice; contact us for exact details.
